Alterations and extension to a late A-listed 19th Century 2-storey, 3-bay villa constructed in red ashlar with renaissance details. Proposals consist of the replacement of an early garage on the North elevation and a later conservatory on the south elevation. The alterations improve circulation and links between the garage and stores at ground floor of the house while providing accessible sanitary bathrooms to two bedrooms at first floor level.
