GRAS have been appointed to develop proposals for the partial demolition, alteration and extension of a detached house in Murrayfield, Edinburgh.  The works will remove a series of low-quality extensions, make internal alterations and extend the house to provide high quality living accommodation over two floors, while simplifying the layout and opening the main living spaces onto the currently underutilised garden.  Works are expected to start on site in the spring of 2013.
